POOL CONFIRMATION FOR 2026 WOMEN’S FIH NATIONS CUP IN AUCKLAND

Hockey New Zealand can confirm an update to the team line-up for the 2026 Women’s FIH Nations Cup, to be held in Auckland from 15–21 June.

Scotland has withdrawn from the tournament, with Uruguay accepting the invitation to join the competition in their place.

The event will continue to feature eight international teams, with the updated pools now confirmed as:

India
Japan
United States
Uruguay

Pool B
New Zealand
Chile
Korea
France

The Vantage Black Sticks Women will compete in Pool B as they prepare to defend their Nations Cup title on home soil at the North Harbour National Hockey Centre.

The Women’s FIH Nations Cup remains a key event on the international calendar, with teams competing for the opportunity to be promoted to the FIH Pro League.
