Hockey New Zealand is proud to announce the Vantage Black Sticks Women’s squad selected for the 2025 Oceania Cup, taking place in Darwin, Australia, from 4–7 September 2025. The event will be hosted at the MWT Hockey Centre.

This qualifying tournament will be the final chance to win a spot at the 2026 FIH Women’s World Cup.
The format of Oceania Cup features a high-stakes best-of-three test match series between New Zealand and Australia. The games are scheduled as follows:
Game 1 – 4th September 10.30pm NZT

The Oceania Cup is always fiercely contested and well supported, and I hope our players embrace the occasion and play with freedom. It’s also fantastic to see young talent emerging, with Josie set to make her debut.”
